Shawdesh Desk: Police are yet to confirm the reason of his death

The dead body of a teenager has been recovered from a bus at Kurigram bus terminal parking lot in Kurigram district of Rangpur division.

The deceased is Shipon, 14, of Bhurungamari upazila of Rangpur division. His body was recovered on Saturday morning.

According to the other workers in the bus terminal, Shipon was the helper of a bus of Shahjalal Paribahan. On Friday night, he slept in the bus after returning to Bhurungamari.

Next morning when other workers went in to wake him up, they found him lying dead on the seat. Later, they informed the police.

Raju Sarkar, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Kurigram police station, said: “No injury marks were seen on the body. After autopsy, we will be able to confirm the reason for his death.”

The dead body has been kept at the morgue for autopsy.
